Procurement is handled through a strictly controlled, documented process:

  1. Initial Inquiry: Submit an official request via our secure contact form or encrypted email. Provide your agency/department details and intended use case.

  2. Credential Verification: We require a formal Letter of Authorization, an end-user certificate from the sovereign government, and any relevant spectrum management permits. Our legal and compliance team reviews these documents.

  3. Technical Consultation: Our engineers work with your team to define the required frequency bands, output power, form factor, and cooling/ruggedization needs.

  4. Quotation & Contract: A detailed commercial offer and non-disclosure/government-end-use agreement are issued.

  5. Manufacturing & Delivery: Once approved, the build commences. Delivery terms follow relevant international trade and arms regulations (ITAR/EAR where applicable).

We do not sell to private individuals, commercial entities, or unauthorized third parties. Any inquiry unable to provide valid government credentials will be declined immediately.
